By reading the Terms & Condition Policy you agree to be legally bound by them and when placing an order. These Terms & Conditions incorporate the vital part of Agreement between you and Startup Assistant specially when starting a project and placing an order or making a payment.


  1. All the information available on Startup Assistant website is referred to as “website”
  2. “User”, “Customer,” “You,” “Your” refer to you or any person placing an order on your behalf to Startup Assistant
  3. “Company,” “We,” “Us” refers to Startup Assistant registered under the laws of California
  4. “Order” refers to the request to purchase a service or number of services and/or products through “My Projects” in the Startup Assistant App, phone call or an email. Advance payments are required to be paid via Credit Card, Cash or Bank Wire Transfer in order to finalize the order.
  5. “Scope of Work” refers to the agreed document between Customer and the Company that states client requirements related to an Order/Project
  6. “Delivery” refers to the product(s) and/or service(s) provided to the Customer in accordance with the Scope of Work
  7. “Work” refers all the milestones and deliverables mentioned and agreed in the Scope of Work
  8. “Abandoned Project” is any project on which no response or feedback has been received for 45 days

Refund Policy:

It is important to familiarize yourself fully with our Refund Policy and understand the benefits and limits defined by our Refund Policy. Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:

  1. CHANGE OF MIND: The Customer is eligible to a 100% refund before the Production Team has been delegated the Order for onwards product. Specifically, Refunds requested within the first hour due to change of mind are possible with 100% payment return. In all other situation, a 15% Processing Charge is applicable on the refund. Any transaction charges will be incurred by the Customer
  2. INCOMPLETE DELIVERY: A Customer can request refund if following criteria and options have been exhausted by the Company:
    • Delivery does not confirm with the Scope of Work agreed with Customer
    • Company has refused to provide the allowed the agreed revisions as per Customer requirements
  3. LATE DELIVERY: Startup Assistant adheres strictly to committed deadlines however in the event of failure of delivery at the stipulated time; refund can be claimed on a case to case basis Refunds are processed within a window of 15 working days. All refunds should be claimed within 45 days of delivery, failure to this will make the Refund Request ineligible for processing.

Revision Policy:

  1. Startups Assistant provides an adequate number of revisions for Customer satisfaction wherever possible and each Scope of Work mentions the number of revisions allowed for the order including the possibility of unlimited revisions. However, following Terms apply:
    • Any request for revisions must be made within 5 days of the delivery of the order.
    • Revisions do not automatically qualify for any Refunds
    • Startup Assistant has the right to request additional payments if a revision requires elements that were not initially outlined in the original Scope of Work.
  2. The company may issue refunds in the form of credits or partial payments for identified minor issues, at its discretion.
  3. The company does not process any refunds in cash. Refunds will only be made to the Accounts from which the initial payment was made.

Abandoned Project:

  1. An order will be deemed an “Abandoned Project” if the Customer fails to communicate or provide approvals for a period of 45 days. Work will only resume on the order after payment of Activation fees

Completed Project:

  1. Any project that has been delivered to the customer will be marked as Closed after 45 days. The company will not be held accountable in anyway once a project has passed this deadline.

Plagiarism & Copyright Policy:

  1. Startup Assistant has a Zero Tolerance Policy for plagiarism, dishonesty and fraud. All the work provided to Customer is original and complies with Copyright laws.
  2. Where 3rd party services are provided as part of an Order, we deliver original work full Usage & Commercial licenses where applicable.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. You agree to release and hold the Company and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, any third-party providers, or sources of information or data and legal advisers (the “Company’s Affiliates”) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or related to the Products and/or Services, including but not limited to: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, email, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Company that may cause the Product to be delayed, disrupted, or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of utilizing our services; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with our services. In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company and Company’s Affiliates harmless from any claim, suit or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of your utilizing of our services, your violation or breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any other act or omission by you.
  2. The information provided on the Website includes, but is not limited to, the service provided by the company and does not render any advice, certifications, guarantees or warranties.
  3. The company or any of its affiliates or associates or employees shall not be in any way responsible for any loss or damage that may arise to any person from any inadvertent error in the information contained in this website.
