  4. "Order" refers to the request to purchase services or products through the Startup Assistant App.
  5. "Scope of Work" refers to the document stating client requirements related to an order/project.
  6. "Delivery" refers to the product(s) and/or service(s) provided to the Customer in accordance with the Scope of Work.
  7. "Abandoned Project" is any project with no response for 45 days.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
  2. Refunds processed within 15 working days.
  3. Refund requests must be made within 45 days of delivery.

Revision Policy:

  1. Revisions must be requested within 5 days of order delivery.
  2. Revisions do not automatically qualify for refunds.
  3. Additional payments may be requested for revisions not outlined in the original Scope of Work.

Abandoned Project:

  1. An order is deemed abandoned if no communication or approvals are received for 45 days.
  2. Work resumes on abandoned projects after payment of Activation fees.

Plagiarism & Copyright Policy:

  1. Zero Tolerance Policy for plagiarism, dishonesty, and fraud.
  2. Original work provided to customers complies with Copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. Customers release the Company and its affiliates from losses arising from product/services use.
  2. The Company is not responsible for errors in information on the website.

Amendments:

  1. The Company may change its Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and it is recommended to review these pages periodically for updates.
